These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.fullspecpeptides.com (the “Site”) and any purchase made through it, operated by BMMJ LLC, a Georgia limited liability company (“Full Spec Peptides”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility and research-use restriction

You must be at least 21 years old to use this Site or purchase from us. Every product we sell is Research Use Only — not for human or animal use in any form. Placing an order means you agree to the full Research Use Only Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Accounts

If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information when you register or check out. We may suspend or terminate accounts we reasonably believe violate these Terms or our Research Use Only Policy.

3. Orders and pricing

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected misrepresentation of research intent, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product availability. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Volume/quantity discounts, when shown, are calculated automatically at checkout based on the tiers in effect at the time of purchase.

4. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Research-chemical sales like ours see disproportionately high card-network dispute rates, which is part of why we offer direct payment options (Zelle, Venmo, Cash App) alongside card payment. If you have an issue with an order, contact us at hello@fullspecpeptides.com before filing a chargeback or payment dispute — most issues can be resolved directly and faster than a dispute process allows. We reserve the right to contest any chargeback we believe is unwarranted (for example, disputing a charge for a correctly shipped, undamaged order under our Refund & Return Policy) with the supporting evidence available to us, and to decline future orders from an account or payment method with a history of unwarranted disputes.

5. Prohibited uses

You agree not to:

• Use, administer, or consume any product for human or animal purposes
• Resell or redistribute any product as a supplement, drug, or consumable good, or otherwise misrepresent its Research Use Only status to a third party
• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulation governing research chemicals
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems
• Scrape, copy, or republish product data, pricing, or Certificates of Analysis for commercial purposes without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, product photography, and Certificates of Analysis — is owned by or licensed to Full Spec Peptides and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including (without limitation) any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Our only representation about a given product’s composition is the published Certificate of Analysis for its batch.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Full Spec Peptides will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or any product purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Full Spec Peptides, its officers, employees, and affiliates harmless from any claim, damage, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your Research Use Only Policy certification, or your use, misuse, or handling of any product purchased through the Site.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia, and you consent to that jurisdiction and venue.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect as soon as they’re posted to this page, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
