Research Use Only Policy

Every product sold by Full Spec Peptides is intended exclusively for laboratory and analytical research use. This policy explains what that means, what we require from every buyer, and what it does not authorize.

What “Research Use Only” means

Our products are peptides supplied in raw, lyophilized (freeze-dried) form for use by qualified researchers in controlled laboratory settings. They are:

• Not drugs, dietary supplements, cosmetics, or food or beverage items
• Not approved, evaluated, or cleared by the FDA or any equivalent regulatory body for any therapeutic, diagnostic, prophylactic, or cosmetic use
• Not intended for human or animal consumption, administration, or use in any form
• Not sold with, and not accompanied by, any dosing, administration, or treatment guidance — because none exists for a product with no approved human or animal use

What you certify when you order

By placing an order with Full Spec Peptides, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age and legally capable of entering into this agreement
• You are a qualified researcher, or are purchasing on behalf of a laboratory, research institution, or similar organization equipped to handle research chemicals safely
• You will use the product solely for in-vitro laboratory and analytical research, and will not administer, apply, ingest, inject, or otherwise introduce it into a human or animal body under any circumstances
• You understand this product carries no representation, express or implied, of safety or efficacy for any use outside of laboratory research
• You will handle, store, and dispose of the product in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, and your institution’s own safety protocols
• You will not resell, redistribute, or represent this product as suitable for human or animal use, as a supplement, or as any kind of consumable good

We may require additional verification of your research affiliation before fulfilling an order, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where we reasonably believe these terms will not be honored.

No medical or health claims

Nothing on this website, in our product descriptions, in our published Certificates of Analysis, or in any communication from Full Spec Peptides constitutes medical advice or a claim about the safety, efficacy, or effect of any product in humans or animals. Any research summaries or background information we provide describe published third-party literature and are for scientific context only — they are not instructions for use, dosing information, or an endorsement of any outcome.

Assumption of risk and indemnification

Research chemicals are hazardous if mishandled and must only be handled by individuals trained in proper laboratory safety procedures. By purchasing from Full Spec Peptides, you assume full responsibility and risk for the storage, handling, and use of the product after it leaves our facility, and you agree to indemnify and hold Full Spec Peptides harmless from any claim, loss, injury, liability, or regulatory action arising from your use, misuse, storage, or distribution of the product.
