Frequently Asked Questions
What is a research peptide?
Peptides are short chains of amino acids linked together, and researchers use them to study cellular signaling, tissue biology, and related biochemical pathways in laboratory settings. Every peptide in our catalog is sold strictly for this kind of laboratory and research use.
Are your products intended for human or veterinary use?
No. Every product we sell is Research Use Only. Our products are not drugs, and they are not intended for diagnostic, therapeutic, or any other human or veterinary use.
How do you verify the purity of each batch?
Every batch is sent to an independent, third-party analytical laboratory for identity and purity testing before it’s listed for sale. The resulting Certificate of Analysis (COA) is published on the product’s batch page, so researchers can review the actual test data themselves rather than relying on an in-house claim.
How are orders shipped?
In-stock orders paid by 12 PM Eastern on a business day ship the same day via USPS; orders paid later, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. Peptides ship in their lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder form, which stays stable at room temperature for the duration of standard domestic transit. You’ll get an email with your USPS tracking number when your order ships.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Amazon Pay where your device supports them. You can also pay with Zelle, Venmo, or Cash App: payment instructions appear after you place your order, and your order ships once we’ve confirmed the payment. Zelle, Venmo, and Cash App orders that are still unpaid 48 hours after they’re placed are cancelled automatically.
What is your return policy?
Because these are research chemicals, all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged in transit or you received the wrong item, contact us and we’ll take care of it on a case-by-case basis.
